Office Printing Specialist (OPS)
Lasercharge is the only HP Partner in Cyprus certified as OPS (Office Printing Specialist) by HP. Because of our OPS status, all specialized and third party solution requests addressed to HP are diverted/directed to Lasercharge. We have a close cooperation with HP in all large accounts in Cyprus regarding these middleware solutions.
Lasercharge has already implemented HP and HP third party solutions in large scale projects:
- Troy for secure output solutions (MICR Printing)
- NSI Autostore for secure digital document handling solutions
- HP DSS – Digital Sending Software for secure digital document handling solutions
- Ringdale for secure printing solutions
- Autofont for OCR B printing and AS400 Greek Printing for large insurance companies.
- Pull printing, implemented to provide control to users when sending multiple documents to the printer; user identification is needed in order to release print job.
Authorized Service Delivery Partner (ASDP)
Lasercharge is an HP Authorized Service Delivery Partner (ASDP) certified to execute warranty repairs on behalf of the HP factory.
This role enhances our market standing in delivering advanced HP service of the highest standards based on strict operational procedures, advanced performance benchmarks and highly qualified certified engineers. As a result, Lasercharge is the alternative choice for warranty repairs that will offer increased customer satisfaction with exceptional quality of service and shorter down times.
Microsoft GOLD Certified Partner
Lasercharge is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner encompassing the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies and the closest relationship with Microsoft; thus being one of the most important resources in providing Microsoft™ solutions.

Lasercharge has recently joined a new Microsoft partnership scheme, which brings together our HP Gold Preferred Partner status with our Microsoft Gold Certified status to provide assurances that Microsoft and HP products have been designed, engineered and supported to work together at the highest level of integrated performance.
